“ Jeremy and Anthony are wonderful staff to have on any team. They are engaging and calm. A man representing a company that picks up and drops off food starting behaving in an unprofessional manner. His reaction didn't match the situation and was over the top, causing other customers to become uncomfortable. There is no need to curse about waiting 20 minutes. Restaurant staff work hard to prepare the food and try to have it out in a timely manner. In my opinion, the man didn't even wait that long. The ambiance is always great and I highly recommend Local Burger to anyone who is looking for a quality burger. ”

“ Burger burger burger baby! Woohoo! Great stuff here. Quality good ol American fare here. Burger joints beware, this place is fire. Grass fed burgers and dogs?!?! I'm here ALLL day. Brussels sprouts cooked to delicious perfection? I say yes I can come here, get my cheat meal in, and not feel totally guilty either. Sketch and fun arrangements of burgers and dogs, fries to compliment, and why not, lemme get a shake with that! If ONLY, they'd switch over to frying in beef tallow in lieu of those dreaded seed oils, then that's a rap, this place would be firing on all cylinders. Service is super friendly and every time have always been happy to make simple accommodations; don't want the bacon and sauce on your Brussels? No problem, on the side. Want to give a local beer a sample? No problem. This place comes together nicely with great food, great service, and fun and comfortable atmosphere. I'm not from Bayshore, I'm a good 25-30 min away and gladly will be coming back for more. Highly recommend. 5/5. And yes, I signed up for their rewards ”

I'm a simple gal, so I stick with the local cheese burger and when I want to be bad I get the truffle fries because they are soooo good service is excellent when I order ahead. I sat in a few times, seemed a bit chaotic and very slow. Ambiance is pretty chill. ”

The servers are very nice and very attentive.I always get the hangover burger I never get anything new lol their fries are really good. They gave you a lot especially when you take out. I have also had the 50-50 which is fries and onion rings which is pretty good. ”
“ Now that summer is over and the BBQs are done, we were craving a burger. Local Burger is very fairly priced and good quality restaurant for a quick dinner. I had the atomic burger, which had jalapeños, bacon, cheese, onions and pickles, with sriracha mayo. It was very good. My fiancé ordered the local burger, which had cheese, lettuce, tomato and pickles. My only complaint is that the burgers are pretty small. We each had the "Fiddy, Fiddy" as our side, which is a mix of French fries and pinion rings. I'm looking forward to trying their chicken sandwiches. ”
“ I have been here many times and they have been in Bay Shore for many years. As someone who doesn't eat animal products, my review comes from that point of view. The restaurant is very clean and inviting. It is table service or you can get takeout/delivery. The menu items are very reasonably priced. There is a full bar, and three seating areas (high tops, regular tables, and back/outdoor/enclosed). The bathrooms were clean and the service is very friendly. There is only really one menu main that I am able to get, and that is the quinoa burger, but I am very appreciative that there is that option. You can also "build your own burger," so that allows for variations each time which makes it a little bit more exciting. The sides are also good, and I appreciate that the "brussels sprouts with bacon" can be made without the bacon, it's not pre-made. The drinks were also very good! When I'm craving a quinoa burger, I know I can get one here! ”
